What happened
I got up to show a nurse where a patient in a wheelchair was located in the lobby. As I was speaking with her and the desk area being very congested with people due to high case volume I tripped over a rolling case that someone had and immediately fell to the floor. I was assisted in getting up by Dr. [REDACTED] and another gentleman. Had sharp burning pain. Right flank and back.
