Moving cullet from a cullet belt upset

The PVC pipe for the batch house water heater condensation pump was never glued and had separated causing water to drop onto the motor drives for the cullet return belts 3 and 4 shutting them down At Pad H the diverter was in MANUAL so it did not divert causing a pile up of glass that engulfed the belt 3 tail pulley The EE was using a [REDACTED] to pull the cullet onto Pad H while others were using the skid steer and front end loader on the north side of the pad to move cullet Unbeknownst to the EE the driver of the front end loader moved onto Pad H to help move some of the cullet the EE had dug out with the [REDACTED] With the front end loader stationary behind the [REDACTED] the EE backed the [REDACTED] into the side of the front end loader bucket injuring the EEs foot
