Attempting to retrieve an HVAC tube from the storage pallet outside.

EE claimed the tube was tightly packed due to the shrink wrap around the container and did not have a knife to cut the shrink wrap to relieve the tube. While forcibly trying to manipulate the tube from the confines one of the tubes moved in such a way that the upper part of his left hand accessed the ID of the tube cutting through his cut glove and into his hand.
