EE tried to pass underneath the slide out due to a scissor lift parked in the bay.

EE was getting ready to head to break. EE was underneath the slide out and when he tried to sit up he banged his head top left side of head on the scissor lift. Felt dazed but did not pass out It was not a deep cut and did not require stitches
