When the employee arrived at a customer account they were walking through parking lot to enter the account In the parking lot they walked behind a vehicle that started to back up while they were in the path of the vehicle The vehicle accelerated back with the employee behind them The employee jumped back to avoid being hit by the vehicle stuck their left arm out and braced themselves The went into the account thinking there was no injury but later felt discomfort and loss of movement within their left arm
