What happened
On [REDACTED] an employee was unloading a trailer containing pallets of coolers. During the unloading process one pallet began to tilt. To prevent the coolers from falling to the ground the employee called over a coworker for assistance. While lifting and repositioning the coolers to straighten the pallet the employee experienced a sudden sharp pain in their back. EE reported the injury the next day to [REDACTED] EE was offered medical evaluation but declined athome care instructions were given. On [REDACTED] the EE decided to seek medical evaluation due to the discomfort and pain felt throughout the weekend.
