What happened
[REDACTED] RecordableDART EE pinched finger between tank and table while testing an air separator. EE was turning vessel with hoist while holding load with hand. Tank was full of water and flipped over swinging with EE hand on top which pinned hand finger to table. EE reported immediately to lead which contacted first responder. First responder wrapped finger and took EE to the emergency room.
