Preforming quality test on rubber gasket

Recordable [REDACTED] Quality EE was performing a quality check on a rubber gasket. This material did not meet print; however Purchasing asked if we could still use so Quality created and was performing a test they had never done before. EE cut his finger with a pair of shears while performing the test. Wound was cleaned and dressed. However cut was a bit deep and EE did not recall when they had their last tetanus shot. They went to urgent care were they received glue on the wound.
