What happened

This nurse arrived in bathroom noted resident had a hold of the shower head nozzle and the CNA 's wrist yelling at her. Attempts made to redirect resident. Resident becomes combative at staff scratching grabbing and twisting the wrist continuing to yell attempting to grab hold of shower head nozzle. Continue attempts to redirect resident and explain staff is attempting to clean bowel movement off of her. Resident continues to be agitated. Resident yells I will kill you if you touch me! ....Resident grabs shower head nozzle attempting to hit CNA and this nurse. With time and assistance from another CNA we were able to get a gown and pull up on resident. She continues to be combative and argumentative. Resident grabs this nurse 's arm twisting the bending left last three fingers back.
