What happened
While cutting the side of a 5-ply corrugated box using a Klever cutter knife team members made a downward incision approximately one foot long. Subsequently they attempted to tear the box open by pulling on the cut section. During this action one of the associates experienced pain radiating from the right side of their chest to the right armpit.
