Just got out of her car. to go [REDACTED] in for work.
What happened
On [REDACTED] an Assembly employee slipped on ice while getting out of her car before the start of her shift. She landed on her left arm and shoulder. Employee was sent to Bronson Fast Care where the doctor instructed employee to remain off work and return to work on [REDACTED] with no restrictions however employee had already approved vacation time off for the rest of the week so there were no working days missed. No follow up days required.
