Was working on assembly fixtures

On [REDACTED] an assembly operator in Finish 1 department was injured while shopping totes onto rack shelving. The 5’6” employee was swinging the full 6 lbs. totes to generate momentum to lift the totes to the 5’7” height of the rack shelf when she injured her left shoulder in the process but decided to work through the discomfort. On [REDACTED] the employee reported the discomfort in her left shoulder and was sent to Well Now Clinic in [REDACTED] the morning of [REDACTED] for evaluation. The doctor gave restrictions of avoid overhead lifting with left arm no lifting over shoulder greater than 5 lbs. prescription medicine of 750 mg Methocarbamol. The Follow up appointment is set for [REDACTED] .
