What happened
Employee was on modified duty around [REDACTED] 5. Called supervisor around [REDACTED] saying that he needed him. Supervisors proceeded to the rear of the property where [REDACTED] 5 is located they found the employee laying on the ground. Employee was conscious but lethargic. Supervisor immediately called for a squad and began trying to shade the employee and cool him with cold bottles of water. The squad arrived [REDACTED] and took him to OSU with symptoms of heat exhaustion.
