What happened

[REDACTED] was cleaning an egg conveyor table. The belt was running. She was using a scrub pad to clean the table belt and rollers. She lifted the belt while it was running. Her gloved hand was pulled into the table and was caught. The table had to be cut to get her hand out. This resulted in serious soft tissue damage to her hand and arm.
