Employee was sitting in a meeting with their managers reviewing and discussing performance. They were in the meeting for 15 minutes before the medical incident took place.

While discussing the employees performance the employee started to enter a medical episode. The employee was seated at this time and for the [REDACTED] prior. No environmental triggers reported by anyone present at time of incident.

They became unconscious first the employee 's head fell to their chest and their head turned downward towards their arm. After a few moments their head bobbled back and up and the employee 's body starting leaning over to their side. It was at this point the employee eyes were noticed to be rolled in the back of their head their skin color went grey and they began convulsing.
