What happened
[REDACTED] at approximately [REDACTED] while we were coordinating running the marination 2 dept. I found myself leaving a plastic tank of cut wings I was heading back to the cooler while using the jack I made stop to give some instructions to a member of the team when the other jack driver passed at a 45 degree angle and took out the fiber covers at that moment I continued the [REDACTED] did not realize that three was no drain cover. I took two steps and my left foot fell into the drain. At that moment I released my power jack and turned my body to the right. I lost my balance because my foot was in the drain and fell on my back lying on the floor. Immediately the two jack drivers came to help me and lift me off the floor.
