Before the incident
IW was performing a flavor change on a beverage production line. After hot rinsing the pipes IW was walking towards the filler return valve.
What happened
Sanitation team members were cleaning a drain next to the filler return valve and removed the drain cover. IW accidentally stepped into the drain submerging their right foot in the hot water and juice from the hot rinse they just completed.
