Banding finished good lift at [REDACTED] left output

EE reported on [REDACTED] that they had fallen on [REDACTED] at the left output of RT2 line. EE was banding a finished good lift when they stepped back to walk around the front of the lift. As EE walked around the front of the lift the EE missed stepped and fell off the pallet onto the floor. EE was holding the bander in their right hand and braced themselves when they rolled with their left hand. EE continued to work and reported the fall the [REDACTED] when they notified us of pain in their left pinky finger. EE was taken to Urgent care and was checked out had an xray. Diagnose was a fracture of the middle knuckle of the left pinky. Doctor put a splint on and EE returned to work that day to continue to run the RT2 line. EE has a follow up appointment on [REDACTED].
