Removing [REDACTED] and staging on the bolster table
What happened
Approximately [REDACTED] [REDACTED] was assisting with a die change on P40 from [REDACTED] to 746B. [REDACTED] was walking alongside and guiding the die as EE2 used the crane to move the die onto the die bolster table. Once the die was positioned on the die bolster table [REDACTED] began to unhook the crane hook from the die. Once unhooked [REDACTED] went to relocate the hook (28 lb) onto the top of the die. During the motion of setting the hook down [REDACTED] smashed their finger between the hook and the die causing a laceration. First aid was administered.
