Stacking 194C parts on PL02
What happened
While stacking 194C parts on PL02 one of the parts coming off the conveyor belt snagged one of the holes of one of the parts on pallet that the EE was stacking onto. The EE hurried to remove the part from the hole and stack it but by that time another part was coming off the conveyor belt. The EE turned and grabbed the end of the part but the part was so far off the conveyor belt it caught the index and middle finger on the right hand between the part in hand and the pallet the EE was stacking onto.
