Back became sore while pouring a large mold over time and pain did not improve over the weekend. Three days after initial soreness occurred employee sought chiropractic care and filed a claim.

Strain to lower back.

No object or substance that directly caused harm. Poor ergonomic positioning employee not utilizing hydraulic work table to minimize bent over positioning was the cause.
