What happened
EE stated the event happened as he was replacing the chemical inductor hose in the fertilizer building. He stated he was cutting apart an already disconnected hose with a box cutter knife. Somehow some pressure had built back up in it which caused the chemical (Surpass NXT) to spray int his eye under his glasses once the hose was broke through.
