What happened
Robot Failed to transfer a box from the conveyor to the pallet. the machine operator engaged the key latch and pressed the E-stop. The claw retained stored energy and held the box. When the operator cleared the jam the stored energy released and the claw dropped about 3 inches striking the TM on the left cheek causing a laceration.
