On [REDACTED] an employee was backing the [REDACTED] into its designated spot Because the spot was near a post he was operating it with one hand He throttled too hard and it jumped a little on him This jerked his arm into an awkward position and straining his right shoulder There was soreness when he moved in certain positions He reported the event to the General Manager He too some Advil and continued to work He declined to seek medical attention The next day leading into the [REDACTED] Holiday he was still sore a little better but still did not want to seek medical attention The [REDACTED] the event ([REDACTED]) it was still sore so he sought medical attention on his own XRays were taken and he was diagnosed with a sprain of the ligaments and advised that he could continue work as he has The doctor visit and prescription came to our attention on [REDACTED]
