On [REDACTED] employee was working to clear a jam on the Bobst specifically on the first Mosca unit During the process of clearing the jam the Mosca unexpectedly cycled back trapping her hand in the mechanism Employees finger became caught in the Mosca cycle mechanism causing a sharp pinch and resulting in a laceration to her fingers and hand The incident was immediately reported to Supervisor who then notified Safety Manager and Production Manager First aid was administered onsite After assessment it was determined that employee required further medical evaluation and treatment and she was transported offsite for additional medical care
