At [REDACTED] Team member was operating the Ward(4521) He had the machine running an order He was on the Drive side putting bottom sheets down for the next unit When he hit the cycle button and turned around to head back he noticed the downstacker was getting jammed up He headed toward the operator side of the machine When he crossed the conveyor and stepped down he stepped down with his left foot onto the ergo mat When doing so the ergo mat slid out from under him causing him to fall to the ground Team member tried to break his fall with his arm wrist causing a sustained injury to his left wrist
