[REDACTED] told me that there was a jam up in the C E at 814 (5031) he pulled the ESP key and cleared the jam Then he put the ESP key back in the machine and started up the post The is when he noticed the C E compression hold down bar was stuck in the air He thought he could go around to the back of the C E and knock it down with his hand The machine was still running he now did not have a key While his hand was in the C E the pusher cycled catching his hand He said it happened so fast that he is not exactly sure what cut his hand [REDACTED] was wearing his gloves at the time of the incident
