There was a paper jam on the wetend of the corrugator where 50 layers of paper wrapped around a roll coming out of the hot plate section Maintenance was called and the team member proceeded to try and cut the paper wrap off of the roll The task was attempted with an unapproved cutting device and the employee cut towards their own person resulting in a puncture wound to the upper thigh
