Temporary worker was switching load tags in between two pallets (2 units high) on each side Temp worker was doing this outside the delimitated area that had been identified on the floor for the manual processing of units (strapping changing load tags filming) Forklift arrives while she is doing this task (temp is behind the units not visible to the forklift driver) She did not hear a honk Forklift was lifting units from the same aisle 3 units away from where the temporary worker was standing When the forklift attempts to pick up loads the units all shift forward squeezing temporary worker in between the two pallets where she was placing load tags Temporary screamed for help another temporary heard her and noticed what was happening and signaled the forklift driver to stop The temporary worker was squeezed in between the units in the front and behind her
