HE TOOK OFF HIS GLOVES THE [REDACTED]. HE TOOK OFF HIS GLOVES AND WAS RE-GLOVED AND A NEW [REDACTED] AND [REDACTED] HOLDER WAS ADDED TO THE STERILE FIELD. AFTER PATIENT WAS CLOSED THE DOCTOR DID A BETADINE SCRUB OF THE PUNCTURE WOUND. SIDE OF LEFT HAND WAS SITE OF INJURY.
