Before the incident
The associate was tasked with hanging a sun blocking tarp on the patio for the hotel restaurant. He was on the ladder attempting to do this.
What happened
The associate used one foot to step onto the bar top while leaving his other foot on the ladder in an attempt to attach the new bar cover over the patio string lights. The bar was on wheels and began to tip over. The associate attempted to get off the ladder which caused the associate to land poorly on his ankle.
