Before the incident
TM performing sanitation of flooring between smokehouse B & C at the junction inside the smokehouse.
What happened
TM cleaning floors under the smokehouse at the junction between smokehouse B & C. TM was resting left arm on the lower ledge and while maneuvering the hood of TM sanitation suit caught on a lifted hinged tray. The tray then fell and came in contact with TM left forearm causing intense swelling and an abrasion.
