What happened
Employee was pushing a block of meat from a metal holding table to the hydra flaker table. Employee did not have the table loaded correctly and did not have the block of meat oriented in the right direction resulting in the need for an unnecessary turn while sliding onto the 2nd table. While attempting to turn the block of meat the employee lost control of it causing it to slide from his hand and smash his finger between the block and the table resulting in a fingertip fracture and laceration.
