What happened
while sheeting dough on the rondo the dough stuck to the roller on the rondo. Employee opened the guard hoping that the interlock will trip off the machine as usual but it delayed stopping causing the roller to trap her glove and dragged her left hand into the roller. She sustained a wound to the knuckles her fingers and a stitched to the middle finger only.
