Employee states that starting on [REDACTED] he had soreness of his right knee. He states that he was standing on a platform in front of the machine and was leaning into the machine for hours indicating and measuring a mold plate that he was working on.

Employee stated that while he was leaning into the machine the bottom of the door opening was hitting on and just above his knee. He stated that he woke up the [REDACTED] with stiffness and soreness.
