Partner had parked the truck and went to set up the ramp.
What happened
Partner noticed the truck was not lined up well so they tried to position the ram as far to the side of the door as they could. They went into the trailer and started to unload the trailer. About halfway through the delivery they were headed to go down the ramp but did not look and one foot missed the ramp causing them to fall to the ground.
