Employee was assisting a coworker with patient movement from wheelchair to medical bed.

During patient transfer from wheelchair to medical bed the patient stopped putting weight on his legs and placed his full body weight on the employee 's assisting his movement.

Back strain

Immediate withdrawal of patient using his own legs to help support his body weight leaving it all on the staff. Staff were therefore loaded with extra weight and also were twisting to maneuver the patient.
