EE was unloading product off of the truck.
What happened
The driver was standing on the [REDACTED] approximately 4 feet in the air moving a pallet to the edge of the [REDACTED]. While stopping the skid the manual pallet hit the driver causing him to fall off the back of the truck. The fall resulted in scrapes and cuts to the right arm along with bruising to both parts of the body.
