Before the incident
EE stated that he fell on IM00 Supervisor immediately made sure he was OK then proceeded to IM00 the line was clean however EE did state that upon his arrival to the line there were spoons on the floor The cleaning guy was present at the line when this happened and started to sweep when EE placed the finished good box on the pallet and proceeded to return to the packing area he fell to the floor He tried to break his falling grabbing the table and he heard his shoulder pop at the moment
