EMPLOYEE WAS HOLDING A RAZOR BLADE BETWEEN HIS LIPS AND STARTED TALKING TO AN EMPLOYEE. ONCE HE FINISHED HE NOTICED THE BLADE WAS GONE AND THOUGHT HE MAY HAVE SWALLOWED IT. HE WAS NOT IN PAIN NO BLEEDING OR OTHER DISCOMFORT. HE WAS SENT TO THE CLINIC FOR XRAYS AND WAS DISCHARGED AT BASELINE WITH NO FUTURE MEDICAL PERMANENT IMPAIRMENT OR RESTRICTIONS - FULL DUTY NO RESTRICTIONS
