What happened
Employee was using a battery-operated electric drill to penetrate a steel rib on the Westrup cleaner screen as a Safety Initiative to add pull tabs. After the drill bit exited the cleaner screen the employee reversed it and the bit caught the employees glove. The drill bit got entangled with the employees glove.
