Walking resident to bathroom.
What happened
Walking resident to bathroom resident stopped and said they could not walk any further pushed back on staff member. Staff member grabbed gait belt to hold resident up. Resident continued to resist resulting in staff member lowering resident to the floor which caused pain in knee thigh.
