AE was making a delivery to Crane & Riggings in [REDACTED]

Stated the dock plate was messed up and he had to move the skid to the back of the trailer so the customer could get it off with the fork lift .When he got it to the end to the trailer he went to take the pallet jack out of the skid and the pallet jack got hung so he jerked it out and he felt a pain in his right wrist.
