Laceration on left index finger without foreign body without damage to nail. Operator was inspecting a Pioneer knife at LME. She removed the plastic tip protector to inspect the blade sharpening. When she went to put the tip protector back her hand slipped and she cut her finger. She was not wearing cut protection gloves.
