On [REDACTED] EE was palletizing on line 38. When EE woke up [REDACTED] EE was sore. EE came to work and let her Lead Machine Operator know that they were sore. The lead moved the EE from palletizing for the day to Line 39B packing throughout the day the soreness got worse. At around [REDACTED] the EE told the Lead they wanted to get their leg checked out.
