[REDACTED] was training a trainee on how to cut the plastic for the decking. trainee was holding one end of the roll and [REDACTED] was holding the other end. [REDACTED] cut his end first and then it was trainees turn. Trainee lost grip of the roll [REDACTED] had the blade out on his utility knife knife was in his right hand. when trainee lost grip of the roll of plastic [REDACTED] side of the roll of plastic jerked up hitting his right elbow towards his left hand. in result of this he cut his left palm slightly below his thumb.
