Employee was picking in aisle c31 when she went to pick from [REDACTED] 008 her feet got tangled up in plastic wrap that was left on the floor. When trying to maneuver out from the wrap Employee tripped and fell backwards. Employee shoulder blade then hit the standing platform on the pallet jack and then her head hit the base of the pallet jack. In trying to catch herself Employee also hurt her right wrist when landing.
