[REDACTED] around [REDACTED] employee stopped me and saying that he will leave because not feeling well. He was touching his lower back and at that point I got another teammate to translate to be able to understand he was saying that this pain he has for two weeks now Teammate has been asked if thats work related he said yes. But this is the 1st time he reported. Teammate did leave and I did tell him to notify the agency as soon as he leaves.
