Employee was asked to go to the 1B silo to clear clean the Bindicator of dust. When she got to the top of the silo she found the top of the silo to be slippery from the recent snow fall. During her travels to and from the Bindicator she was slipping but continued to maintain her grasp on the hand rails. She came down from the roof and continued her day.
