What happened
The operator was at his workstation and noticed longdogs with casing stuck in the guard at the outfeed of the [REDACTED]. Employee bent down under the conveyor at the outfeed of the [REDACTED] and reached to grab the longdog and casing without locking out the machine. When he reached to grab the longdog and casing he reached into the [REDACTED] that snagged his glove which pulled his hand into the point of operation.
